What materials do you use?
We use only the highest quality materials, including solid 925 Sterling Silver, 9ct Gold, and Gold Vermeil (plated above industry standard).
What is your processing time?
Each piece is handcrafted individually with love, our processing time varies depending on product.
Personalise, Sabi & Beaded Jewellery - up to 3 weeks before shipping.
Fingerprint - up to 4 weeks from the day we receive your fingerprint kit back at our studio.
Memorial Ash - 6 to 8 weeks from the day we receive your ashes back at our studio.
Where are your products made?
Every single piece of jewellery is proudly and intentionally handcrafted right here in Australia.
Can I return/ exchange my jewellery?
As our jewellery is deeply personalised and made to order they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind.
