Gift Cards and Store Credits
Poppy Mac gift cards and store credits do not expire. 

Limited Edition
Please note that our limited edition collections are one off pieces and I am not always able to exchange pieces due to the type of collection. In which case, a store credit will be issued if there are any faults due to handmade nature of the product. 

Sale items

All sale items are prices as marked. No exchange, return or refund on sale items unless deemed faulty.  They cannot be returned to us for a store credit, return, refund or exchange unless the item received is faulty or your order was fulfilled incorrectly. We do not offer exchanges for ring sizes for sale items. 

Promotional items
For orders purchased within a promotional period or sale, terms and conditions do vary and are published within the Poppy Mac T&C’s at the time of the promotion. Promotional items cannot be returned.

Discount Codes
All discount codes exclude gift cards and jewellery care products.

Abandoned Cart Discount Code
Unique Abandoned Cart discount code is added to cart to receive $15 off entire cart. Valid for 7 days with minimum order value $100. 

Business Birthday Discount

Promotion runs from 1.08.25 to 3.08.25 11:59pm. Discount of 15% is automatically applied with a minimum order value of $100. Free Shipping is automatically applied at checkout for orders over $200 with Standard Shipping, does not apply to Express Shipping.
