Every piece of Poppy Mac jewellery is uniquely designed and handmade by me in my home studio in the Southern Highlands, NSW, Australia.
Poppy Mac was born from a deep yearning to design, create and share. I’ve always enjoyed making, whether using textiles, paint or clay, however, my love for metal was born from a passion for jewellery and a brass and copper metal workshop that I did at Sturt Gallery, Mittagong, in 2017. Through early family experiences, I appreciate and love the arts, history and nature.
Modern and Minimalistic
I aim to create timeless and lasting .925 sterling silver and 9ct gold jewellery. Each piece of jewellery is carefully curated with high quality, responsibly sourced materials.
Sustainable
My jewellery is consciously crafted by hand to ensure the highest possible quality and a one of a kind piece each time.
All sterling silver and gold is recycled from an Australian refinery and offcuts are melted down and repurposed. I use FSC approved packaging which means the jewellery boxes, that your jewellery arrives in, are sustainably sourced from responsibly managed forests.
Behind the Name
I named my jewellery business in memory of my adored grandfather, ‘Poppy Mac’ (Norm McDonald, 1921-2017).
