Refund policy

Each Poppy Mac jewellery piece is handmade to order, which means all sales are final. We don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect selection.

When choosing the correct size, you can use our Ring Size Guide. Although, we recommend that you get your ring sized professionally to avoid ordering the wrong size as we do not offer returns/ exchanges.

We do offer resizing for rings and bangles at a fee of $39 + shipping.

If there’s any issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong item or a piece that may be faulty — please contact us at admin@poppymac.com.au within 7 days of receiving it.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item has a major fault (for example, if it’s unsafe, significantly different from what was described, or can’t be easily repaired).

Please note that general wear and tear, tarnishing, or damage from improper care are not considered faults.
