We offer a 7 day return window on ready to ship pieces in original unworn condition.

As most of our jewellery is deeply personalised and made to order they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind.

The following are not eligible for return: fingerprint, memorial ash, and made to order items, sale items, earrings, and international orders outside Australia.

If your piece arrives faulty, please contact us within 48 hours at admin@poppymac.com.au with your order number and a photo.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item has a major fault (for example, if it’s unsafe, significantly different from what was described, or can’t be easily repaired).

Please note that general wear and tear, tarnishing, or damage from improper care are not considered faults.

12 Month Warranty

At Poppy Mac Jewellery we offer a 12 month Manufacturing Warranty on all Memorial Ash Jewellery from the date of purchase.

Products deemed faulty due to a Manufacturing defect may be repaired, remade or refunded for store credit by Poppy Mac Jewellery at no cost. We will additionally refund the cost of Return Shipping.

If you deem your piece to contain a manufacturing warranty, please reach out via email admin@poppymac.com.au or through our contact page.

Please include your order number/proof of purchase and imagery of the warranty concern.

The following are not deemed manufacturing error, and will not be covered under our 12 month Warranty.

• Theft or loss
• Dents, abrasions, or scratches on settings due to everyday wear.
• Chips, scratches, nicks, or breakages on gemstones due to accidents or wear.
• Pits or holes in settings from exposure to corrosive chemicals.
• Discolouration of metals from chemicals, makeup, chlorine exposure, or bathing.
• Normal wear leading to metal wear down, requiring restoration.

Our 12 month Manufacturing Warranty is void if jewellery is serviced by any jeweller other than Poppy Mac Jewellery.
