Memorial ash jewellery is more than a keepsake; it’s a tangible grounding piece of jewellery that holds love, memory and meaning. A subtle quiet source of comfort to wear close each day.
Hand-carved in natural wax before being cast using the Lost Wax Casting method in solid sterling silver or 9ct gold.
This piece is thoughtfully handcrafted to securely hold ashes beneath a natural or lab gemstone. A personal, lasting way to keep someone you love, or a beloved pet, with you, always.
Metal - Solid Sterling Silver or 9ct Gold
Gemstone - Natural or Lab gemstone. Gemstone size 8x6mm. Slight colour variations occur in the gemstone due to the unique individual nature of each stone.
Please note that when cremation ashes are included, the colour of the gemstone can slightly change. If you like to include a silver/gold pigment flake with the ash, make sure to select the option.

Poppy Mac does not use any harsh chemicals to coat the jewellery from tarnishing. This means, when unworn for a duration of time, your precious metal jewellery will naturally tarnish. Please use the complimentary polishing cloth your Poppy Mac jewellery arrived with.

Each piece is handcrafted individually, in my home studio in the mountains of the Southern Highlands, Australia.
Memorial Ash - 6 to 8 weeks from the day we receive your ashes back at our studio.
Our memorial ash jewellery is deeply personalised and made to order they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind.
If your piece arrives faulty, please contact us within 48 hours at admin@poppymac.com.au with your order number and a photo.

We offer a 12 month Manufacturing Warranty on all Memorial Ash jewellery from the date of purchase.
On all Memorial Ash Jewellery shipped within Australia.
Each piece is carefully wrapped in a soft cotton pouch and arrives with a jewellery care guide and polishing cloth.
Please make a note at checkout, so that, I can personalise the handwritten note for you.
Invoices are sent through email, no copy will be sent in package.
We use natural wax that is bio-degradable to hand-carve the designs. This is a low-tox alternative to traditional jewellers wax.
To turn these designs into solid metal, we use the process known as the Lost Wax Method. For Memorial Ash Jewellery, we offer solid 925 Sterling Silver and 9ct Gold.
Once you place an order, we will send you a complimentary, secure Keepsake Collection Kit with clear instructions. We highly recommend returning it to our studio using a tracked or registered mail service for your peace of mind.
We only require a very small amount, about half a teaspoon of ash per item.
We ask that you only send this small amount and keep the rest safely at home. Any remaining ashes will be returned safely with your memorial ash jewellery.

Every single piece of Poppy Mac Jewellery is proudly and intentionally handmade right here in the Southern Highlands, Australia.
Memorial Ash jewellery uses the Lost Wax Casting method, this means natural wax designs are sent to our casting house in Sydney, Australia. From there they use the natural wax design to create a mould for precious metal.
The raw cast is then sent back to us in our studio.
Yes, this varies depending on the colour of the gemstone you have chosen and the unique colour of your ashes. For lighter colour stones, you will be able to see the ashes and fragments to varying degrees.
Yes, we can gently blend ashes together if you wish to honor multiple loved ones in a single piece of jewellery.
