Metal - Solid Sterling Silver or 9ct Gold
Gemstone - Natural or Lab gemstone. Gemstone size 3mm. Slight colour variations occur in the gemstone due to the unique individual nature of each stone.
Please note fingerprint jewellery is truly one-of-a-kind, no two people will ever hold the same fingerprint, not even identical twins.

Poppy Mac does not use any harsh chemicals to coat the jewellery from tarnishing. This means, when unworn for a duration of time, your precious metal jewellery will naturally tarnish. Please use the complimentary polishing cloth your Poppy Mac jewellery arrived with.

Each piece is handcrafted individually, in my home studio in the mountains of the Southern Highlands, Australia.
Fingerprint - up to 4 weeks from the day we receive your fingerprint kit back at our studio.
Our fingerprint jewellery is deeply personalised and made to order they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind.
If your piece arrives faulty, please contact us within 48 hours at admin@poppymac.com.au with your order number and a photo.

A Fingerprint Impression Kit will be sent express post to you within 1-2 business days.
Follow the instructions in the kit.
Return your impression kit with our included pre-paid express post return post mailer.
Please return completed impression kit within 6 months of ordering to avoid a change in price. This is due to increases in the cost of precious metal.
You will receive an email when we have started creating your impression.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with postal tracking that your treasure is being delivered to you.
Once you've placed your order, we will mail you Fingerprint Impression Kit. Follow the instructions in the kit, and using the included return mailer, send your impression back to us.
Yes, we recommend waiting until your little ones are 12 months old as their fingerprints are still developing before this.
Alternatively, if you would like to capture a sentimental piece for a newborn and tiny infants, we highly recommend an impression of their little finger creases or fingernails, which capture beautifully from birth!

If the fingerprint is larger than the size guide (like an adult thumbprint), experiment with which part of the fingerprint you would like to capture.

Each piece is carefully wrapped in a soft cotton pouch and arrives with a jewellery care guide and polishing cloth.
