The Fingerprint Kit can be purchased individually or included with every Fingerprint Jewellery order.
Once your order is placed, an Impression Wax Kit will be express posted within 1-2 business days. This kit will include everything you need to make your impressions.
Included in the kit: 3 pre rolled wax, detailed instructions and a prepaid express post satchel (Australia only) for you to send the kit back to us.
Please note if purchased with Fingerprint Impression jewellery, the price is valid for 6 months. If the Fingerprint Impression Kit is returned after this time frame, the price of the jewellery may change due to increasing metal prices.
If the Fingerprint Kit was purchased separately, please include the order number for the Fingerprint Jewellery when returning.
Each piece is handcrafted individually, in my home studio in the mountains of the Southern Highlands, Australia.

Our fingerprint jewellery is deeply personalised and made to order they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind.
If your piece arrives faulty, please contact us within 48 hours at admin@poppymac.com.au with your order number and a photo.

Once you've placed your order, we will mail you Fingerprint Impression Kit. Follow the instructions in the kit, and using the included return mailer, send your impression back to us.
Yes, we recommend waiting until your little ones are 12 months old as their fingerprints are still developing before this.
Alternatively, if you would like to capture a sentimental piece for a newborn and tiny infants, we highly recommend an impression of their little finger creases or fingernails, which capture beautifully from birth!

If the fingerprint is larger than the size guide (like an adult thumbprint), experiment with which part of the fingerprint you would like to capture.
we will select the most unique, detailed centre 'whirl' or section of the print to feature on your piece.
Each piece is carefully wrapped in a soft cotton pouch and arrives with a jewellery care guide and polishing cloth.
Please make a note at checkout, so that, I can personalise the handwritten note for you.
