It is important to use proper care when wearing your pieces to maintain the quality and longevity of your jewellery.

Sterling Silver + 9ct Gold - tarnishing can occur when your jewellery comes in contact with harsh chemicals, such as, chlorine, cleaning products, cosmetics, perfumes and hair care products. If your jewellery does become tarnished, please use the complimentary polishing cloth you received in your order.

Gold Vermeil Jewellery - although much stronger than standard gold plated jewellery, we recommend taking additional care with your gold vermeil pieces. Damage can occur when your jewellery comes in contact with harsh chemicals, such as, chlorine, cleaning products, cosmetics, perfumes and hair care products.

Poppy Mac does not use any harsh chemicals to coat the jewellery from tarnishing. This means, when unworn for a duration of time, your precious metal jewellery will naturally tarnish. Please use the complimentary polishing cloth your Poppy Mac jewellery arrived with.

• Please choose carefully. Goods sold are non-refundable and we do not offer exchange or refund for ‘change of mind’.
• There is no refund or exchange on items purchased during sale periods or with a promo code. All sales are final. 
• If you do require an exchange for any other reason please reach out to our team by email within 14 days of purchase. 

Any exchange credits provided in the form of gift cards do not have an expiry date.

Customers are responsible for covering any associated postage or redelivery fees. The item must be returned in the original Poppy Mac box and protective packaging and show no signs of wear or use. We recommend shipping return orders via a registered post as Poppy Mac are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels. Shipping and handling fees paid on initial orders are non refundable.

Because our Made to Order jewellery is handmade specifically for your order, all sales are final, we do not offer return or exchange for change of mind. If there is any issue with your order please don't hesitate to contact us at admin@poppymac.com.au

When choosing the correct size, you can use our Size Guide. Although, we recommend that you get your ring sized professionally to avoid ordering the wrong size as we do not offer returns/ exchanges on Made to Order items.
