You can personalise this necklace by adding stamped letters on the petals, a petite pearl or a mini initial charm.

The jewellery can be worn everyday. However, I recommend removing them when participating in activities such as gardening, exercise, showering and swimming. This will help extend the life of your precious stone jewellery.
As sterling silver naturally tarnishes, please use the complimentary polishing cloth your Poppy Mac piece of jewellery arrived with.

- Please choose carefully. Goods sold are non-refundable and we do not offer exchange or refund for ‘change of mind’.
- There is no refund or exchange on items purchased during sale periods or with a promo code. All sales are final.
- If you do require an exchange for any other reason please reach out to our team by email within 14 days of purchase.
Any exchange credits provided in the form of gift cards have a 12 month validity on them from issue. If the credit is not used within 12 months it will expire and can not be reissued.
Customers are responsible for covering any associated postage or redelivery fees. The item must be returned in the original Poppy Mac box and protective packaging and show no signs of wear or use. We recommend shipping return orders via a registered post as Poppy Mac are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels. Shipping and handling fees paid on initial orders are non refundable.

Because our Made to Order jewellery is handmade specifically for your order, all sales are final, we do not offer return or exchange for change of mind. If there is any issue with your order please don't hesitate to contact us at admin@poppymac.com.au
When choosing the correct size, you can use our Ring Size Guide. Although, we recommend that you get your ring sized professionally to avoid ordering the wrong size as we do not offer returns/ exchanges on Made to Order items.
